One of the most anticipated dates on the Irish Racing calendar is the Fairyhouse Easter Festival. The three day Festival run over Easter weekend has been the scene of some memorable occasions over the years such as AP McCoys last ever ride on Irish soil and the victory of Our Duke for trainer Jessica Harrington in 2017. In 2019 the BoyleSports Irish Grand National was won by Burrows Saint for Willie Mullins under Ruby Walsh giving the Champion trainer his first ever win of the contest.
In 2020 for the first time in recent years the three day festival will run from Saturday 11th April through to Monday 13th April. A true festival experience and electric atmosphere is generated over the 3 days with live music, the most stylish lady competition, children’s entertainment and not to mention the buzzing throngs of revellers in attendance all complementing the top-class racing. The tradition of the Fairyhouse Easter Festival is an experience not to be missed.
