Our favourite time of year at Trim Castle Hotel has to be Autumn, as the Boyne Valley lends itself beautifully to the season. From the leaves turning to vibrant shades of gold, and the low sun and early morning mists shrouding the countryside and historical sites- the landscape is simply stunning.
